Terry Fanelli CADC

Terry has worked for over 25 years as an addictions therapist, and utilizes research based clinical techniques to assist you in getting better. She has worked with hundreds of families over her career, helping them heal together. Terry also has a vast knowledge of medically assisted treatment options available for clients suffering from an opioid use disorder. As an experienced interventionist, terry offers a direct but compassionate approach. She will assist you both with understanding your family system, and the intervention process. She also conducts outpatient individual sessions to assist with everything from relapse prevention, working through cravings, or coping with mental illness.

Mark Sigmund MS, CADC, CCDP

Mark has 19 years of experience working as a therapist. He ran ran intensive outpatient programming twelve-years at Rehab After Work in Philadelphia. In addition, he also worked on the front lines of addiction and mental health treatment at a psychiatric emergency hospital (Norristown, MCES building 50) for 7 years. Furthermore, he has been in recovery for 17 years, and can share with you everything he learned about working a program. He is passionate about helping individuals and families heal. Mark facilitates Change Your Direction’s outpatient programming in Paoli, conducts individual counseling sessions, along with interventions. He can treat both mental health disorders and substance use disorders. Mark is also co-host of Clean and Sober Radio on Talk 860 WWDB-AM on Friday afternoons at 3 PM and ESPN Sports Radio 610 AM on Sundays at 10 AM, and is the executive editor of The 12 Step Gazette Newspaper.
